We began our venture into property management in 2007 when several of our investors were unhappy with services they were receiving elsewhere. Originally established to service our own investors we have since opened up our practice to outside investors. We remain a small and personalized management service focused on the individual needs of our clients. Our goals align with those of both our owners and tenants by offering decent, clean, maintained housing at affordable prices while keeping income in line with market conditions and expenses and overhead low for all of us.
We work hard at carefully selecting tenants to protect our owner’s interests while expecting owners to keep properties maintained and rents fair to protect our tenants. Through regularly scheduled interior and exterior inspections we are able to short circuit problems before they arise and keep our owners protected and apprised. Many of our owners are out of state, making us their eyes and ears. We take this responsibility very seriously.
